No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales of mixing and mastering services are final. Once the service has been rendered, we cannot offer returns or refunds. This policy ensures that we maintain fairness and consistency for all clients.
Revisions
We do, however, stand by our work and offer revisions as specified in the product description of each service. The number of revisions allowed will be clearly stated before purchase, and any requests for additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur an extra fee.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a technical issue arises or if the final product does not match the specifications agreed upon, we will work with you to make things right, but no refunds will be provided.
